The Mrs. Florida America Pageant is the official preliminary to the nationally televised Mrs. America Pageant. The statewide competition will have married women compete for the title of Mrs. Florida America. Once crowned Mrs. Florida, the new winner will embark on a journey like none other. Mrs. Florida will travel throughout the state of Florida on behalf of sponsors and charitable organizations to promote her chosen platform. Mrs. Florida America will also compete for the coveted title of Mrs. America. The Mrs. America Pageant is nationally televised on WE-TV every year in the fall.
Any married women over the age of 18 are eligible to compete for the titlle of Mrs. Florida America. The 2008 Mrs. Florida America Pageant will be held in the Central Florida.
